What it does

Wholesale accounts sign in, place an order and get a PO number and due date at once. When a production week is full, the order moves to the next one and says why. The owner follows every order through production, changes the rules in settings, and approves anything the AI assistant proposes.

Each account sees only its own orders
Weekly maximum, lead times and stage names are settings, not formulas
Ask the AI assistant in plain English, such as how full the coming weeks are or what due date 200 jackets would get. It can propose orders, but only the owner can approve and place them
